Of course my first recipe here had to have miso in it! I rarely ever say this about my own recipes but I’m so proud of this one. This cheesecake was a menu item for my popup at Next Door Restaurant a few weeks ago and had such great feedback. I think almost everyone that purchased a sliced DM’ed me just to tell me how much they enjoyed it and I was giddy the entire weekend. 🥹

So if you’re a die-hard fan of miso and corn, this Miso Caramel Corn Basque Cheesecake is like a dirty little secret—sinfully indulgent and absolutely unforgettable.
