I made these during the holidays and also had them at my popup event. A few girls came back to my booth just to tell me how good they were and asked me for the recipe 🥹.
These were originally plain sugar cookies. It took me awhile to achieve my ideal soft and chewy but crispy edged sugar cookie but I finally came up with one that ticks of all the requirements!! TBH I was just trying to get rid of some ingredients leftover (butterscotch chips, sesame seeds and brown butter…) and this is how this recipe came about. The flavours actually work so well together so I hope you get to try them~
