I’ve always been a rice person but last month I started experimenting with making hand pulled noodles and now I get why people love noodles. Every time I do a poll on team rice or team noodles, it’s usually 50/50 and I always thought that was crazy, how can you choose noodles over rice?? But I get it now, especially when you have super thick, bouncy chewy homemade noodles.
